The BBA program at
Karachi University is started in 2001. This Program
is conducted in morning and is designed for
full-time students. This is a three years program.
After completion of BBA the students can pursue
their MBA in one year. The teaching
is done through lectures, seminars, and group work
balanced by case studies, all of which encourage the
exchange of ideas, insights and information among
students and professors.
The BBA (Hons) program is comprised of three years
i.e. six semesters. In all there will be 38 courses
in three years BBA (Hons) program. Total credit
points will be 114. On
successful completion of the BBA (Hons) course of
study, the duration of MBA course of study shall be
spread over on year in two semesters. There will be
six courses in each semester. Total credit points in
one year will be 36.
Admissions shall be open to those
who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, or
Equivalent Examination in at least second division
marks (50 per cent) from a recognized Board. However,
students who are already graduates, or are presently
enrolled for any graduation program in any
department, are not eligible for admission to BBA (Hons)
Program. Note:
All admissions are subject to passing the
Aptitude Test and Interview.
