Admission
Process
All Admissions are subjects to
qualifying an Entrance Test and Interviews as per following
weightages:
All
Admissions are only on Merit basis. Candidates must have
passed their prerequisite examinations in at least second
divisions (fifty per cent marks).
Students,
who have passed their requisite examinations from a board or
university from places other than Karachi Board or
University, will be required to have a Migration Certificate
from their earlier Board or University.
Students,
who have passed their requisite examinations from Private
and Foreign Universities and Foreign Boards are required to
obtain equivalence certificate from Karachi University.

Change of
Category Rules:
Candidates
who fulfill the following conditions can apply for change of
category from S or P to K.
-
Those
students whose father or mother is domiciled in Karachi,
but who have passed the requisite examination from any
registered National or International Institution outside
Pakistan or form any recognized Pakistani Board or
University which conducts examinations in Foreign
Countries and they have passed their examination from
abroad, such candidates will have to produce their
father’s or mother’s domicile certificate with their
applications.

Students
whose parents are employees of the Federal or Sindh
Governments, or of autonomous or Semi-autonomous bodies or
of Government Corporations, or of the Armed Forces, who
have been posted in or transferred to Karachi within the
last two years. Such applicants will have to produce the
appointment letter or transfer letter of their
father/mother together with their application.

3% seats
in each department will be allocated for those candidates
who have passed their pre-requisite examination from a
recognized educational institution located outside Karachi
but they have their initial education including Matric/Intermediate
from Karachi. Such candidates should have Karachi P.R.C
and their parents should have Domicile and N.I.C of
Karachi. Candidate below the age of 18 years are required
to submit photocopy of “B”-Form.

Photocopies of marks sheets of Higher Secondary
(Intermediate) Examination (both years), and Matriculation
Certificate attested. (Powder Copy of graduation
Examinations in case of MBA)

Two
recent passport size photographs.

Students,
who have passed their requisite examinations from Private
and Foreign Universities and Foreign Boards(“A” and “O”
level) are required to obtain equivalence certificate from
Karachi University.

ENROLLMENT
The Candidates finally selected shall be required to pay the
prescribed fees to the University branch of the
National Bank of Pakistan
within due date and fill in the enrollment form along with
the following documents:
-
Original
marks sheets of the Higher Secondary (Intermediate)
examination Passed. (Marks sheets of Graduation in case of
MBA)
-
Character
certificate from the head of the institution last
attended.

Powder
Photocopy of National Identity Card (B-Form in case
the applicant is under 18 years of age).

Attested
Powder Photocopy of the Matriculation Certificate, along
with the original certificate. Original certificate shall
be returned after verification
-
Fifteen
recent passport size photographs. (Eight photographs in
case of MBA)
-
In case
of students having passed prerequisite examination from a
board, or University other than Karachi, Migration
certificate shall be required.

Students,
who have passed their requisite examinations from
Private and Foreign Universities and Foreign Boards (“A”
and “O” level) are required to obtain
equivalence certificate from University.
Note:
All
admissions to B.B.A. (Hons) and MBA two-year course of study
are provisional, and subject to verification of
documents. Admissions obtained through forged documents or
incorrect Statements shall be cancelled.

Admission
Eligibility
BBA
(Honors)
All
candidates must have passed Intermediate or equivalent
Examination from a recognized institution with at least 50%
marks in 2000 or later.
MBA
All
candidates must have passed Graduation or equivalent
Examination from a recognized institution with at least 50%
marks within the last five years. The condition for
passing within last five years does not apply for evening
program.
