SZABIST offers BBA (Hons) and BBA (IT) programs on
graduate level. MBA in Marketing, Finance, Management and
IT are offered on Post-Graduation level. MCS, MS and PhD
programs are also offered.

I am an engineering or a medical
student, am I eligible for getting admission into
SZABIST?
A: Yes,
you are eligible as long as your percentage and the
credibility of your educational institute are according to
the standards set by SZABIST.
Q-
What are the eligibility
criteria for Bachelors?
A: For
admission to the BBA / BS (Computer Sciences) programs,
the candidate must have completed A levels (minimum 3
pass) / 12th grade/ Intermediate (minimum 60% marks,
including first year, no supplementary) or equivalent from
a recognized institution (those waiting for results can
also apply). For the BS (Computer Sciences) program,
candidates with mathematical background will be preferred.

Q-
What are the eligibility
criteria for Masters?
A:
For admission to the MBA &
MS programs, the candidates must possess a Bachelors
degree with minimum 55% marks/ CGPA 2.20 from a university
recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in
relevant field of study.
For
Transfer candidates from HEC recognized universities, a
maximum of upto 6 transfer credits for MBA / MS and 36
transfer credits for BBA/ BS may be considered for courses
having letter grade of B (80%) or above. The request must
be made at the time of admission, applying for transfer.
Maximum time limit to transfer courses is two years.
Admission Test / Interview will be given.

What is the Fee structure for
BBA/BCS?
A: Rs.
52,560 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $1,080 per
semester for foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based
on a full course load (six courses) per semester.

What is the Fee structure for
MBA/MCS?
A:
Tuition Fee for MBA (Fifth Year)
Rs. 46,920 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $1,020 per
semester for foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based
on a full course load (four courses) per semester.
Tuition Fee for MBA (Day)
Rs. 50,850 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $1,125 per
semester for foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based
on a full course load (five courses) per semester.
Tuition Fee for MBA (Eve)
Rs. 40,680 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $900 per
semester for foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based
on a full course load (four courses) per semester.

What is the composition of the
SZABIST aptitude test?
A: The
test consist of 12 sections of multiple choice questions
which are as follows:
English 7 sections
Mathematics 4 sections
Computer 1 section The test will take
around 2 hours without any breaks.

What information is tested in
the SZABIST aptitude test?
A: The
type of questions asked in this test is antonyms,
synonyms, confused words, reading comprehension,
analogies, sentence completion and word replacement etc
.The math section includes problem solving, number series
arithmetic problem, algebraic problems etc. The computer
section includes questions on basic computer knowledge.

What is the composition of the
English section of the test?
A:
Every test of SZABIST consists of 7 verbal sections which
include 60 questions with a following breakup:
Synonyms 10 questions
Antonyms
10 questions
Word replacement 10 questions
Sentence completion 10 questions
Confused words 5 questions
Reading comprehension 5 questions
Analogies 10 questions

What is the composition of the
Quantitative section of the test?
A:
There are 4 sections of maths in the SZABIST aptitude test
including 30 questions with the following break up:
Word problems 10 questions
Number series 5 questions
Arithmetic problems 5 questions
Algebra problems10 questions

What is the composition of the
Computer section of the test?
A: This
section includes the basic knowledge of computers such as
knowledge about operating systems, the knowledge about new
technologies like the PDA etc. There will be only one
section of computers in which there will 10
multiple-choice questions.
Q- How early
should I start to prepare for the SZABIST aptitude
test?
A:

For sure success you should start
the preparation for the test as early as possible. We
recommend at least 3 months prior to the test date.
