whole admission process takes about one month. Expected
admission schedule for 2005 for BBA, BS, MBA and MCS programs is

Admission
Requirements
For
admission the the BBA / BS programs, the candidate must have
completed A levels (minimum 3 pass) / intermediate (minimum 60%
marks, including first year, no supplementary ) or equivalent
from a recognized institution (those waiting for results can
also apply).
For
the BS program, candidates with mathematical background will be
preferred.
For
admission to the MBA & MCS programs, the candidates must
possess a Bachelors degree with minimum 55% marks from a
university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)
in any field of study. for the MCS program, the candidate must
also have computer and mathematical background. For the evening
programs particularly, preference will be given to applicants
having sixteen years of prior education and management /
computer experience.
An
Entrance Test and Interview will be given to all applicants at
SZABIST.
Alternatively,
overseas applicants may submit acceptable scores of GMAT (for
MBA), GRE (for MCS) or SAT (for BBA/BS) in lieu of the SZABIST
Entrance Test.
For
Transfer candidates from HEC recognized universities, a maximum
of upto 15 transfer credits for MBA / MCS and 36 transfer
credits for BBA / BS may be considered for courses having letter
grade of B or above. The request must be made at the time of
admission applying for transfer. Admission Test / interview will
be given.
